MECHANICAL PROPERTIES This wood has a static bending strength of 1672 kg/cm2
WORKING PROPERTIES This wood is easily planned when cut with an angle of 15 degrees. Curupay also sands very easily and it takes a finish well.
USES Stairways turnery, Heavy constructions door and window frames, Garden Furniture turnery, Decking, Flooring, Wood carvings, Truck beds
COMMENTS The tree reaches heights up to 27 meters.
