The Video submitter hereby grants to Advantage Lumber, LLC, Inc., located at 601 Ohio St., Buffalo NY 14203, and its affiliates (collectively "Advantage"), the right to use without charge one or more videos (copy attached) in Advantage websites, news releases, feature articles, advertisements and other promotional efforts, whether online or in print or in any other media. The video submitter represents and warrants to Advantage that the undersigned (if an individual) personally took the video(s) or, if an entity, that the undersigned is the employer of the person who took the video(s).
